Service Description
Bring your child to a festive, two-hour holiday workshop full of creativity, crafts, and holiday magic! In this hands-on session, children will: Make holiday crafts and decorations to take home or display. Optional Gift Wrapping Add-On: Kids can wrap up to 5 gifts during the session for a flat fee of $7. Parents provide a list of gifts in advance via our form, including recipient name (To:), sender name (From:), and the gift item. We’ll provide all wrapping supplies, tags, and embellishments, plus the option for kids to make their own decorative tags. This ensures everyone has time to wrap and keeps the session running smoothly. Snacks & Hot Cocoa: A cozy treat for kids to enjoy during the workshop. Important Details for Parents: Supervised but not licensed childcare: Our workshop is highly supervised, creative, and structured, but it is not a licensed childcare program. Parents are welcome to run errands, holiday shop, or take a short break while their child participates. Allergy & Dietary Restrictions: Please fill out all relevant information on the form when registering so we can accommodate your child safely. Pickup Policy: Children must be picked up immediately at the end of the session. Late pickup will incur a $20 fee. Please plan accordingly. Behavior Expectations: Children are expected to follow instructions and participate safely. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without a refund. Photo/Media Consent: Photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for social media and promotional purposes. If you do not want your child featured, please indicate this in the form before the session. This workshop is perfect for children to practice creativity, fine motor skills, and holiday giving in a safe, supervised, and fun environment. Parents can enjoy a stress-free break or holiday errands while kids make memories, crafts, and even wrap a few special gifts! Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Reservation Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. All bookings are non-refundable, unless the session is canceled by us. Your child’s spot is only confirmed once payment is received. 2. Arrival & Pickup Please arrive on time and check your child in before the session begins. Pick-up is required immediately at the end of the session. Late pick-ups will incur a $20 fee per child, applied to your account. Please call or text if an emergency prevents timely pickup. 3. Workshop Behavior Children are expected to follow staff instructions and participate safely. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund. 4. Health & Allergies Please notify us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs. Children should be free of contagious illnesses. 5. Media & Social Media Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes. If you do NOT want your child’s photo used, please inform us in writing before the session. 6. Personal Items Children may bring small items from home, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 7. Liability This workshop is a supervised creative session, not licensed childcare. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the waiver and workshop terms 8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled to another available session (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will not receive a refund.
