PLAY CREATE & REGULATE
Communal safe space to let our imaginations run wild or put our minds at rest.
Service Description
Come exactly as you are — comfy, curious, quiet, playful, or anywhere in between. This is not about perfection or aesthetics; it’s about presence and peace. Think cozy socks, soft clothes, and whatever helps you feel safe and at home. Bring your own blanket, pillow, journal, or even a stuffed animal if it comforts you. If bringing a child with you, please remember we could be getting messy and I have aprons provided but clothes that can get messy make it less stress on all of us. I have wipes, some diaper sizes, and all sorts of kid cups. For infants I have a carrier, highchair, bouncer, and sleeper. Upon arrival, please remove your shoes and wash your hands — it’s our simple grounding ritual to keep the space clean and energetically clear. Once inside, you’ll have access to an environment designed for nervous system regulation and creative expression. Explore freely: 🎨 Art and craft supplies for coloring, drawing, and creating 🎲 Games and sensory toys for play and calm 🔮 Oracle, tarot, & affirmation card decks for reflection 🎵 Sound bowls, tuning forks, light and sound healing tools 💡 Cozy corners for rest, journaling, or quiet connection You’re welcome to bring your own crystals, set up a mini altar, or work on personal projects — knitting, writing, art, or anything that helps you express and unwind. This is a space for authenticity and self-connection, not performance. 🌿 Energy Exchange & Gratitude If you feel inspired to give back, small donations help nurture the shared magic here. You can bring: 📚 Books or unused journals 🎨 Art or crafting supplies 🍵 Mugs, Teas, snacks, or other cozy offerings As a thank-you, you’ll receive a discount on your next visit — a token of appreciation for supporting this community space. Come as you are. Breathe. Create. Regulate. Leave a little lighter and a little more connected. 💫
